An established global technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to support enterprise customer transformation programmes across the UK.
This is a client-facing pre-sales consulting role where you'll work alongside sales, solution architects and technical teams to shape complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, lead discovery workshops and help secure large-scale transformation projects.
You'll combine strong Salesforce expertise with commercial awareness, translating business challenges into compelling technology solutions that deliver measurable customer experience improvements.
The RoleYou'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, assess existing Salesforce environments and design innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals.
