Location: Glasgow
Work Schedule: 3 days per week onsite (Hybrid)
Rate: £300 per day outside IR35

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Java + React Developer with strong full stack experience, a focus on back-end Java development, and modern front-end development using React. You will be responsible for delivering scalable applications using microservices and component-based architecture, working across both server-side and client-side development.

Ideally you will have experience with continuous delivery practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and test automation frameworks. You must be comfortable collaborating closely with backend, frontend, and wider engineering teams to contribute effectively to full stack delivery. Exposure to MuleSoft and modern integration patterns would be advantageous.

Key Requirements

  • Strong full stack development experience using Java and React.
  • Back-end development experience with Java, including microservices-based application delivery.
  • Front-end experience building modern, component-based user interfaces using React.
  • Solid understanding of component-based architecture, microservices architecture, and design systems.
  • Experience with continuous delivery tools, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and test automation frameworks such as Jest.
