Technical Scrum Master | AWS | Java | Spring Boot Microservices | SC + NPPV3

• 📍 Hybrid – Solihull (2 days/week) + occasional travel to Croydon

We're seeking a hands-on Technical Scrum Master to support a major national infrastructure programme.

This is not a traditional Scrum Master role - we're looking for someone with strong technical credibility in Java and Spring Boot microservices who can lead Agile delivery while challenging engineering decisions and driving technical excellence.

Essential Experience:

✅ Strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot microservices expertise

✅ Proven experience reviewing and challenging code in DevOps environments

✅ AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)

✅ CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

✅ Docker, ECS/EKS and cloud-native architectures

✅ 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile/Cloud environments

✅ Experience within regulated or secure environments

You'll work closely with architects, developers, testers, and delivery leadership to drive high-quality, secure, and predictable delivery across AWS-based platforms.
