ServiceNow Architect
London, Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
£400-450pd (initial 3 month contract, outside IR35) or <£90K (permanent)
TechNest are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect/professional to join a very high-profile transformation programme with one of our London based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Define platform strategy, roadmap and technical standards.
- Design and implement solutions across ITSM and additional ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC and SecOps.
- Drive integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Ensure platform scalability, security and performance.
- Lead architecture workshops and mentor junior technical teams.
- Extensive ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Strong ITSM knowledge plus at least two additional ServiceNow modules.
- CMDB and Discovery implementation experience.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide and Flow Designer knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
- ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA certifications.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.
