Overview
We are seeking experienced Instructional Designers (Content Design) with a strong Learning & Development (L&D) background to support organisational change initiatives within a large and complex environment.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will design and develop engaging learning products and blended learning solutions that support business objectives and user needs. Youll collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts and designers to create accessible, user-centred content and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of learning and blended learning products.
- Work with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Use research, insight and data to inform design decisions.
- Create clear, accessible content that simplifies complex processes and information.
- Support organisational change through effective learning design and content development.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive Learning & Development experience within large, complex organisations.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Demonstrable experience leading the design and development of blended learning solutions from concept through to delivery.
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives through learning and content design.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles.
