We're working with a number of organisations building next-generation AI and machine learning platforms and are looking to speak with experienced AI Engineers, ML Engineers and MLOps Engineers.

You'll be working on projects including:

• Building AI and agentic platforms
• Productionising LLM and GenAI solutions
• Developing ML platforms and feature stores
• Building RAG and vector search solutions
• Designing scalable data and AI pipelines
• Implementing MLOps and LLMOps best practices

We're interested in people with experience in:

• Python
• Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Mosaic AI)
• LLMs, GenAI and AI Agents
• MLOps and production ML systems
• CI/CD and DevOps
• AWS and/or Azure
• Kafka and streaming technologies
• Terraform and infrastructure as code
• Feature stores and model deployment

Nice to have:

• Databricks certifications
• Consulting experience
• Financial Services or other regulated industries
• Experience delivering AI solutions into production
• Previous Databricks public sector/DPP experience
