Pigment Consulting specialises in the delivery of large-scale change & transformation programmes across Government, Defence, Policing, and local authority. We work in partnership with other consultancies, government departments, and private sector organisations to form blended teams that deliver long-term change.

We are currently putting together a team of PMO Consultants to support our work across policing estates and capital projects, supporting programme governance, reporting, planning, risk and issue management.

• Provide PMO support across a large estates and capital projects programme.
• Coordinate meetings, governance forums and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure adherence to programme controls and standards.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, programme leads and key stakeholders.

• Previous PMO experience within complex programmes or portfolios.
• Experience supporting estates, capital projects, construction or infrastructure programmes is highly desirable.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience working within policing is essential.

Applicants must hold active:

• NPPV Level 2 (NPPV2) or NPPV Level 3 (NPPV3), and
• CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) Clearance or SC (Security Check) Clearance
