Market Data Procurement. Market Data Vendor Management.

Ink Search are working with a large and prestigious Commodities trading firm based in London. As part of a large modernisation programme, they are about to start recruiting for a contract Market Data Procurement expert to lead the analysis and redesign of the current Market Data and the associated Data Vendor landscape. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Market Data Procurement and Vendor Management, (preferably within Commodities trading or Investment Banking) and the ability to work across the organisation to understand the data demands and redesign an effective, value add, Market Data footprint and commercial proposition. You'll understand the demands of Platts, Reuters, Trayport, Refinitive etc, and work with both internal teams and external providers to streamline the Market Data value proposition.

The role is based in London, offers flexi working and a really interesting project proposition. Suitable candidates must be able to work in the London office on a weekly basis.

This role sits at the intersection of Technology, Market Data and Procurement and requires a very specific skill set. The client are open in regards to expected day rate and happy to consider all applicants with relevant experience.
