This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced ecommerce environment where data directly influences commercial decisions. You will play a key role in delivering actionable insights that shape trading performance, with a strong focus on real-time analysis and proactive problem solving.

They are a well-established ecommerce organisation with a strong direct-to-consumer presence, operating in a niche but growing market. Their products are highly regarded and supported by a loyal customer base. The business relies heavily on data to drive sales performance and optimise customer experience. They have a collaborative culture and are looking for someone who can confidently engage stakeholders and add value from day one.

The Role and Deliverables

• Deliver reactive and immediate sales analysis, identifying trends and anomalies in performance
• Investigate out-of-trend data, uncover root causes, and present clear, evidence-based insights
• Translate complex data into compelling, stakeholder-friendly narratives
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively provide recommendations
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve efficiency across analytics processes
• Own the end-to-end analysis process, ensuring insights are delivered without requiring prompting

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4)
• Experience working with BigQuery and Power BI for analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to deliver data storytelling and communicate insights effectively
• Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge
• Naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable digging into data to find answers
• Strong focus on improving processes, including automation of reporting where possible
