Junior Technical Support Analyst – Outside IR35 Contract


Location: London (Canary Wharf area)

Rate: £250–300 per day Outside IR35

Contract: 9–12 Months Initial

Working Pattern: 5 Days Onsite


We are currently supporting a major enterprise organisation looking to appoint a Junior Technical Support Analyst to join a long-term technology programme within a fast-paced corporate environment.


This role sits within a highly collaborative end-user technology function and will involve a mix of technical support, asset management, operational coordination and technology risk/governance support across an enterprise Microsoft environment.


The successful consultant will be hands-on, proactive and comfortable operating within a structured enterprise setting supporting both UK and international teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on IT support across desktop, collaboration and end-user technologies

• Manage and resolve incidents, requests and escalations through ServiceNow

• Support users across Microsoft technologies including Teams, Office 365 and Windows environments

• Assist with asset management, device tracking and lifecycle processes

• Support operational governance and risk management activities within the technology function

• Work closely with international teams including stakeholders based in Germany

• Ensure strong user communication and high levels of customer service throughout ticket resolution

• Support ongoing workplace technology and operational improvement initiatives


Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within a Technical Support Analyst, IT Support Analyst, EUC Analyst or similar role


Strong Microsoft technology environment experience including:

  • Windows 10 / 11
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Active Directory
  • ServiceNow
  • Experience working within enterprise or corporate technology environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
  • Exposure to asset management, operational support or technology governance/risk activities
  • Comfortable supporting international teams within a fast-paced environment
  • Financial services or regulated industry experience would be advantageous
