IT Project Manager : Factory Systems at TipTopJob, Crewe-By-Farndon, £Contract Rate

Location: Crewe (Hybrid)

Were seeking a technically fluent Project Manager to oversee IT projects with a strong focus on factory and infrastructure systems . This role involves delivering projects in areas such as server infrastructure, telecoms, and industrial IT environments:bridging the gap between operations, engineering, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects involving industrial systems, infrastructure, and site:based technologies.
• Coordinate across IT, engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
• Plan and manage resources, risks, milestones, and budgets.
• Apply structured methodologies while remaining flexible to factory constraints.
• Translate complex technical concepts to non:technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Ensure seamless integration of industrial systems with enterprise platforms.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong project management background with infrastructure/industrial systems experience.
• Ability to manage projects involving servers, telecoms, control systems, or factory floor technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and operational teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial IT environment.
• Familiarity with structured project methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, waterfall).
