Change Manager/Senior Project Manager (Business Change) - Insurance Broking - OUTSIDE IR35
Our client, a leading insurance broker, urgently requires an experienced Change Manager/Senior Project Manager to deliver complex,cross-functional transformation programmes across the group with a focus on Operational Efficiency, AI Enablement and Entity Simplification.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven, significant experience managing large-scale transformation or change programmes within insurance broking;
- Track record of delivering operational efficiency/process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) programmes with demonstrable, quantified outcomes;
- Experience delivering AI/automation programmes, with an understanding of how AI tools apply within insurance or broking workflows and familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles in a regulated financial services environment;
- Experience of entity rationalisation, legal entity simplification, or operating model redesign within a complex, multi-entity Group;
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and communicate at Board and ExCo level;
- Analytical and data-literate, with ability to structure complex problems, build business cases, and present clearly to diverse audiences;
- Understanding of insurance broking operations (eg Commercial Lines, Specialty, Personal Lines) with understanding of regulatory context (FCA, Lloyd's); and
- Experience working in a private equity-backed business or through M&A integration programmes.
