Interim M&A Integration Programme Manager

6 Months | PE-Backed Industrials

We're supporting a large cap PE-backed industrial business embarking on a significant European buy-and-build programme.

With acquisitions progressing across Europe, we're looking for an experienced integration leader to take ownership from due diligence through to Day 1, operational integration and synergy realisation.

This isn't a technology programme. It's a business integration role.

You'll work directly with the European leadership team, coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, HR, Logistics, and IT, ensuring acquisitions are successfully integrated whilst maintaining commercial continuity.

We're particularly interested in people who have:

• Led post-merger integrations within PE-backed businesses.
• Experience across industrials, manufacturing, engineering or B2B distribution.
• Integrated businesses typically in the £10m–£50m revenue range.
• Delivered through influence rather than direct line management.
• Built governance, managed integration workstreams and driven synergy realisation.

Location: Staffordshire & Lancashire (regular on-site presence) plus travel across Europe.

Info: Rate £850 outside IR35, 6-month initial assignment.
