NEC Consultant at Recruit with Purpose, London Area, £500 per day

We are looking for an experienced NEC Systems Consultant for a 6-month contract based in London, with an expectation to be onsite 2 days per week. The role is paying up to £500 per day and is outside IR35.

The role will focus on supporting, improving and optimising NEC Housing, with a particular focus on the NEC Asset module. The successful candidate will also need experience working with Totalmobile and will have previously supported housing systems projects within either a local authority housing department or a housing association.

You will work closely with housing, asset, repairs, IT and project teams to ensure the system supports operational requirements and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery, configuration and optimisation of NEC Housing
• Provide hands-on expertise across the NEC Asset module
• Support process alignment between NEC and Totalmobile
• Work with stakeholders to understand system issues, requirements and improvements
• Support testing, data validation, documentation and issue resolution
• Provide guidance to users and project teams on system functionality and best practice
• Work closely with housing, repairs, assets and IT teams throughout the project

Essential experience

• Strong NEC Housing experience
• Hands-on experience with the NEC Asset module
• Experience working with Totalmobile
• Previous housing systems project experience
• Experience working within either a council/local authority housing department or a housing association
• Good understanding of housing assets, repairs or compliance processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable experience

• NEC Repairs, Servicing or Housing Management experience
• Experience supporting system implementations, migrations or improvement programmes
• Experience working alongside project managers, business analysts and operational teams
