Full Stack Engineer (Contract - Junior/Mid)

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week - London

Day Rate: Up to £350 per day outside IR35

You'll be working across a modern TypeScript monorepo, developing scalable features across the frontend, backend, data layer, and AI integrations. Tech Stack:

• TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js
• Tailwind CSS
• SQLite
• AI integrations including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini
• GitHub Actions CI/CD
• Microsoft Azure (migration in progress)
• Playwright

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing features across a modern full-stack TypeScript application
• Building responsive, high-quality user interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Working with AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems
• Developing backend services and platform integrations
• Contributing to architecture discussions and engineering best practices
• Building secure, scalable, and highly reliable software

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript
• Excellent experience with Next.js and React
• Solid backend development experience using Node.js
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, and intelligent software systems
• A collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn
