Implementation & Business Readiness Consultant – Permanent – Remote - Outside IR35
My client is a fast-growing consultancy specialising in technology implementation and business transformation within the wealth management sector, helping firms successfully adopt and optimise the platforms that underpin their operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing consultancy working alongside leading wealth management businesses, delivering technology change programmes that create lasting operational improvements. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring technology implementations are successfully embedded into client organisations through effective business readiness, stakeholder engagement, training, and operational transition.
The Implementation & Business Readiness Consultant is expected to:
- Lead business readiness activities across technology implementation programmes within wealth management organisations.
- Develop and execute communication, training and post-go-live support strategies to ensure successful user adoption.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and technology vendors, securing engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Design and deliver training materials, workshops, user guides, videos and support sessions.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers and technical teams to ensure successful operational transition into business-as-usual.
- Support post-implementation reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to proposition development and support the onboarding of new clients.
- Provide practical advice to clients, ensuring technology delivers measurable business value.
The successful Implementation & Business Readiness Consultant will possess:
- Proven experience delivering technology implementation projects within wealth management or UK financial advice.
- Strong experience in business readiness, change management and operational transition.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, technology vendors and senior business leaders.
- Experience developing and delivering training across multiple formats, including workshops, presentations and virtual sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience working with wealth management CRM platforms such as Intelliflo Office, Xplan or Curo is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in business analysis or training design would be advantageous.
