We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Cloud Developer with strong Azure deployment, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) expertise to join a fast-paced digital delivery team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving deployment, integration, and cloud infrastructure challenges while remaining actively involved in software development.

You'll act as the bridge between development teams, cloud infrastructure partners, and client stakeholders to ensure applications are deployed, integrated, secured, and operational in Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment activities for cloud-native applications, APIs, integrations, and services within Azure.
  • Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, integration, security, and operational issues.
  • Work directly with infrastructure, security, and client teams to unblock delivery and drive deployments through to production.
  • Refactor application components to align with cloud security and governance requirements.
  • Configure and support Azure services including Functions, API Management, App Services, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Logic Apps.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, logging, and operational best practices.
  • Contribute to full-stack development activities across multiple projects when deployment demand is lower.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong full-stack development experience with modern web applications.
  • Commercial experience with C# / .NET Core.
  • Proven Azure cloud experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong CI/CD, DevOps, and SRE background.
  • Experience deploying and supporting cloud-native applications.
  • Understanding of Azure networking, identity, RBAC, and security principles.
  • Experience working with Azure Functions, API Management, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid, and related services.
  • Ability to work independently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
  • Experience with code quality and security tooling (e.g. SonarQube).
  • Exposure to Azure AI services, AI Foundry, or MLOps practices.
  • Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-305).
  • Consultancy or client-facing delivery experience.

What's on Offer?

  • Immediate start.
  • Fully remote working.
  • Outside IR35 engagement.
  • Opportunity to work across modern Azure cloud platforms and enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong likelihood of contract extension based on project demand and performance.

If you're a developer who enjoys combining software engineering with cloud deployment, DevOps, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
