Executive Transformation Lead - SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Transformation

We're looking for an experienced Executive Transformation Lead to take ownership of a major enterprise SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation.

This is not a traditional Programme Director position. Instead, we're looking for someone who wants to operate at executive level, acting as the accountable leader for one of the organisation's most significant transformation programmes. You'll become the primary interface between the client and the delivery organisation, shaping the strategy, building the capability and ultimately owning successful delivery.

The Opportunity

Working directly with senior business and technology stakeholders, you'll establish the transformation approach, define the delivery strategy and build a high-performing team capable of successfully delivering the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

Unlike a traditional programme leadership role, this position gives you genuine ownership of delivery. You'll help shape how the programme is delivered, identify the specialist capability required and build the team around you.

You'll remain the executive face of the programme throughout, providing strategic leadership, governance and accountability while ensuring the right expertise is mobilised at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the executive lead for the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and programme sponsors.
• Shape the overall delivery strategy and governance framework.
• Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary delivery team.
• Provide strategic leadership across technology, business change and programme delivery.
• Oversee programme outcomes, commercial performance, risk and successful execution.
• Create an environment where delivery teams can perform at their best and transformation objectives are achieved.

The role will initially be for a 12 month contract, Outside IR35 paying up to £1,000 a day. Location wise the preference is London a couple of days a week, but they will consider 1 day a week if people live further afield.
