About Glaicier

Glaicier is a UK Microsoft consultancy. We help organisations move, adopt, secure and get real value from Microsoft 365 and Azure, and we have built our own platform, Novalysis, to crack the data-governance and permissions problems that quietly derail big migrations. Our clients include NHS trusts, ambulance services and public-sector bodies, so the work matters: untangling complex estates, protecting sensitive data and giving people technology that actually works. We are small, which means what you do is visible and makes a difference.

The role

Novalysis surfaces the permissions, data and governance issues buried in client M365 estates. We need someone to turn those findings into clear insight, sit in front of clients and help them make real decisions. This is part analyst, part translator, part trusted adviser.

• Analyse the output of Novalysis across client M365 estates and turn raw findings into clear, usable insight.
• Validate our tooling and migration assumptions against what the data actually shows.
• Play findings back to clients in a way that helps them make confident decisions on licensing, change and migration.
• Feed what you learn back into the product and help shape what we build next.

What you will bring

• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge: SharePoint, permissions, data and the ways real estates get messy.
• Analytical confidence, comfortable in the detail but able to tell the story behind the numbers.
• The presence to present to clients and be believed.
• Genuine curiosity about migration tooling and data governance.

Beyond the job description

• We want someone who questions assumptions, including ours, spots the patterns others miss and is not afraid to say when the data disagrees with the plan.
• A growth mindset runs through it: sharpening your own craft, lifting colleagues and helping us turn insight into something clients value.

We are listing this as a contract, outside IR35-friendly role, envisaging 1-2 days per week max at the moment but with a serious eye towards contract-to-perm potential if the fit is right.

Circa 450 per day.
