I'm currently supporting a leading travel and loyalty organisation on the search for an experienced Platform Delivery Lead to take ownership of a business-critical SaaS platform that supports millions of customer transactions and interactions.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, delivery and stakeholder management, working closely with senior business leaders, engineering teams and third-party technology partners.


The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, operation and ongoing evolution of a critical customer platform, balancing business demand with platform stability, governance and long-term sustainability.


This role sits at the heart of a complex technology ecosystem and will play a key role in driving delivery across multiple product and business teams.


What You'll Be Doing

β€’ Owning end-to-end delivery across a critical enterprise SaaS platform

β€’ Managing platform enhancements, upgrades and change initiatives

β€’ Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams and engineering teams

β€’ Managing relationships with third-party platform providers and delivery partners

β€’ Driving release planning, governance and delivery activities

β€’ Leading platform upgrades, migrations and transformation projects

β€’ Managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities

β€’ Ensuring platform reliability, resilience and operational excellence


What We're Looking For

β€’ Proven experience delivering and operating large-scale SaaS or enterprise platforms

β€’ Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technology functions

β€’ Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners

β€’ Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and platform ecosystems

β€’ Experience leading platform upgrades, migrations or transformation programmes

β€’ Ability to balance delivery objectives with operational stability and governance requirements


Highly Desirable

β€’ Loyalty, rewards or membership platform experience

β€’ Travel, airline or fintech sector experience

β€’ Customer engagement platform experience

β€’ Experience operating within product-led organisations

β€’ API-driven platform delivery experience

β€’ Experience working with customer data, transactional or rules-based systems
