Delivery Lead – Financial Services - Contract - Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join a major Financial Services transformation programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of capabilities within a value stream, driving sprint execution, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven technology delivery leadership experience within complex programmes
• Strong Agile delivery and sprint management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
• Ability to operate at both detailed delivery and executive stakeholder levels
• Financial Services experience preferred
