PMO/Project Coordinator at Beagle, London Area, £Contract Rate

Contract Description

We are seeking a proactive PMO / Project Coordinator to support a major finance systems transformation programme on an initial 6 month interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a complex change environment, supporting governance, coordination, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of a finance systems transformation programme
  • Maintain and manage core PMO artefacts including RAID logs, project plans, and status reports
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and ensure alignment across business and technical teams
  • Oversee key delivery phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration (non hands-on), ensuring appropriate tracking, reporting, and escalation
  • Facilitate governance forums, including steering committees and working groups
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
  • Support resource planning and project scheduling activities
  • Assist in documenting and improving project processes and controls


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or similar role within transformation programmes
  • Experience supporting finance system implementations or finance transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, and controls
  • Experience overseeing UAT and/or data migration activities from a coordination perspective
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability


Desirable Experience

  • Basic Business Analysis skills, including the ability to map processes and workflows
  • Familiarity with finance systems (e.g. ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Sage or similar)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stream programmes


This role is Outside IR35 and requires you to work from the London office 4 days per week.
