Build/Deployment Engineer - MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC - OUTSIDE IR35 at Skillsbay, London, 3 Months, £Contract Rate

We're looking for a hands-on Build/Deployment Engineer to support large-scale IT deployment projects within secure government environments.

1. London (5 Days On-Site)
2. Active SC Clearance Required
3. Outside IR35

Essential Experience:

• Active SC Clearance
• 2nd Line Support/EUC/Tech Bar experience
• Windows 10/11 device builds and deployments
• Microsoft Intune
• Windows Autopilot
• SCCM/MECM
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure laptops and end-user devices at scale
• Deliver remote and face-to-face user onboarding sessions
• Support office-based and classroom-style deployments
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide user support
• Maintain accurate asset and ticket records
• Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure successful rollouts

Desirable:

• Workspace ONE experience
• ITIL Foundation
• Experience supporting VIP users
• Previous government or public sector experience
