Essential Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience within service design within large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to design and improve complex services.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, systems thinking, and service architecture.
• Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams.
