Head of Test - AI - Automation - Strategy and Implementation - Hybrid - Contract - Initial 3 months likely to extend - Outside IR35 - £500-550 per day

We are hiring a Head of Test to support a Software business develop and embed a Testing Strategy which places significant emphasis on the use of AI in Testing and how to embed best practice across the business.

The business are extremely busy in developing new features and products for their core products and services and whilst the software engineers are keeping pace with the demands, Testing has become something of a bottleneck and to resolve part of this, they are keen to leverage the best possible AI platforms and support them with the pace of delivery in Testing.

This role will lead a team of testers across SDET and Functional Testers but most importantly will interface with the CTO and other technology leaders to deliver a coherent and easily applicable AI strategy.

You must be a seasoned Test Manager or Head of Test and have put together AI strategies or embedded AI in to a business previously.

2 or 3 days per week onsite in Notts. Must drive.
