Test Manager at Ventula Consulting, London Area, £550 per day

Test Manager – London – Hybrid (2/3x a week) – £550 p/d (Outside IR35) – 6-month contract – French Speaking

Our leading international transportation organisation is looking for an experienced Test Manager to support IT projects within the IS Operations scope, helping to structure and industrialise testing practices and ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

The Test Manager will be responsible for test strategy and execution, including defining and implementing the overall testing strategy for IS Operations projects, establishing standardised test governance frameworks, contributing to the development of industrialised testing frameworks.

The right candidate will have strong knowledge of testing methodologies, a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, and experience with test automation tools. They will also demonstrate strong organisational and structuring abilities, alongside excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English

• Experience in industrialised testing practices

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

• 5–8 years of experience in software testing, including significant experience as a Test Manager

• Experience in IS Operations or IT production environments

• Experience with test management tools (TestRail, ALM, Jira/Xray, etc.)

• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)

• Strong stakeholder management skills

Location: London– 2/3x per week onsite

Day Rate: £550 p/d

Duration: 6-month contract
