IT Support Engineer | £250/day Outside IR35 | Leeds | Onsite 5 Days per Week | 1 Month Contract


We've partnered with a rapidly scaling, tech-enabled trading business to recruit a Leeds-based IT Support Engineer on an initial one month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is immediately available and wants to hit the ground running in a hands-on, varied IT support role with a genuinely exciting business.


As the business continues to grow, they need someone who can step in quickly, own day-to-day support, keep systems running smoothly and be the go-to person for end users across the business. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, supporting everything from incident resolution and hardware to cloud-based tools across Azure and Google Workspace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident management and ticket resolution
  • Laptop builds, set-up, and deployment
  • Hands-on hardware and end-user support
  • General desktop support and IT troubleshooting
  • Supporting users across Azure and Google environments


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in IT support or desktop support
  • Strong hands-on hardware and laptop provisioning skills
  • Incident management / service desk experience
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
