Job Title: Junior Product Owner

Job Type: Initial 3 month Contract

Location: Central London - 2 day on-site per week

Day Rate: Up to £250/day (Outside IR35)

The Role

• Take accountability for the day-to-day management and continuous optimisation of Audit and BOS applications
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience
• Manage and prioritise a pipeline of business requests, issues, and enhancements with clear ownership and visibility
• Collaborate closely with external vendors to resolve issues and influence product development and delivery
• Oversee user access, onboarding, and governance processes to ensure robust control and compliance
• Stay ahead of product updates and new features, driving adoption where beneficial to the business
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clarity on priorities, progress, and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or similar role managing business-critical applications
• Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
• A naturally curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving
• Proven stakeholder management skills across business, technology teams, and third-party vendors
• Experience in vendor management, holding suppliers accountable for service delivery
• Knowledge of user access management, governance, and system controls
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
