IBM i / LANSA Developer – Contract – Outside IR35

📍 Fully Remote (UK)

💷 Up to £600 per day

📅 Initial 6 months with likely extensions

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IBM i / LANSA Developer to join a major modernisation programme, working on business-critical applications within an established IBM i environment.

You'll need strong experience across:

• IBM i / AS400 development
• LANSA (RDML/RDMLX, Visual LANSA, repository concepts)
• DB2 for i
• RPG and/or CL exposure
• Legacy green-screen applications and IBM i operational concepts
• Modernisation projects (web, APIs, mobile/PWA)
• REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Git, release management and environment promotion

This is a niche role requiring someone who understands how to evolve long-standing enterprise systems without compromising stability and maintainability.

Rate: Up to £600 per day

IR35: Outside IR35

Location: Fully Remote
