ServiceNow Architect | Hybrid | Milton Keynes | Contract - Outside IR35, Rate Flexible

We're supporting a major UK enterprise transformation programme and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of a large-scale ServiceNow environment.

This is an opportunity to join a high-profile programme delivering significant platform modernisation, enterprise integrations, and migration from legacy service management tooling.

The role requires a strong blend of technical architecture expertise, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture roadmap.
• Lead solution design across complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Drive platform governance, standards, and best practices.
• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and wider enterprise systems.
• Lead migration activities from legacy ITSM and operational platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to development and delivery teams.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and long-term platform success.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect within large enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong experience designing and governing ServiceNow architecture.
• Previous experience leading ITSM platform migrations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow integrations, CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within complex and highly regulated environments.
