Salesforce Developer (Contract)

£400/day Outside IR35 | Initial 3-Month Contract (Likely 9+ Months) | Remote with Monthly London Travel

I'm working with an organisation undergoing a significant transformation project and they're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the configuration and implementation of a new Salesforce platform that will underpin a business-critical case management system.

Working alongside an experienced Tech Lead, you'll act as the Salesforce specialist within an Agile delivery team, helping shape and deliver a scalable solution while navigating a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customise and develop solutions within Salesforce
• Support the implementation of a new case management platform
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and wider delivery team
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and software delivery activities
• Help drive best practices across Salesforce development and configuration
• Provide technical expertise in a dynamic project environment

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience with Salesforce development and configuration
• Experience delivering projects within Agile environments
• Ability to work effectively as a consultant, managing stakeholders and competing priorities
• Comfortable operating in a changing environment with multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable

• Frontend development experience with JavaScript and/or Nunjucks
• Previous experience delivering case management or workflow-based systems
