IT Service Transformation Project Manager (OS IR35) at CODA Technology Services, London Area, £Contract Rate

Contract Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Transformation Project Manager within a global Target Operating Model (TOM) programme for a leading global retail organisation. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to UK offices. Outside IR35 for an initial 6 month period to start as soon as possible.


The role focuses on leading the delivery of a future-state IT Service Operating Model, working to ITIL standards, and overseeing a range of service management initiatives. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with SMEs across service management, tooling, architecture, vendor management & operations, and they will provide regular programme reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management of the Service workstream within the wider IT TOM programme.
  • Provide structured reporting to Senior Management on status, risks, dependencies, and financials, and overall Programme Reporting
  • Partner with SMEs to define and implement service processes aligned to ITIL standards.
  • Oversee enterprise service management initiatives, including tool implementations and process improvements.
  • Interface with system integrators and third-party suppliers to ensure delivery objectives
  • Drive global stakeholder engagement to ensure operational readiness, service continuity, and adoption.


Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering IT service transformation in global organisations
  • ServiceNow Implementation experience.
  • Experience reporting to Senior Management and working within PMO-governed projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL standards.
  • Confident operating in ambiguous, fast-moving transformation environments.
