SR2 is working with a consultancy supporting the delivery of a central government programme and is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale CRM implementation.

You'll be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing delivery plans, dependencies and risks, and ensuring successful outcomes across a complex stakeholder landscape. This role requires someone with proven CRM delivery experience who is comfortable operating within central government environments and can drive delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

Working closely with product, technical and business teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring the CRM platform delivers against user and organisational needs, whilst supporting agile ways of working throughout the programme.

Requirements

• You must be able to start within 1 week
• Strong commercial experience working as a Delivery Manager within central government (essential)
• Recent central government experience within the last 5 years (essential)
• Proven experience delivering CRM projects or CRM platform implementations (essential)
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and Architects.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to identify, manage and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex delivery environments.
• Strong planning, governance and reporting experience.
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Ability to drive delivery, continuous improvement and high-performing teams.
