We're looking for a Programme Manager to join a high-profile end-user transformation focused on a Microsoft Office to Google Workspace migration.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, and candidates should be available to start in the 1st or 2nd week of July.
We do not offer visa sponsorship or visa support, so candidates must already have the right to work in the UK or a relevant European location without sponsorship.
You'll help guide a high-visibility migration programme spanning multiple markets, stakeholder groups, and internal functions, with a strong emphasis on change management, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication. What you'll be doing
- Own the programme end-to-end: Drive the Workspace transformation forward across planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Oversee a complex migration effort involving end-user tooling, organisational change, and cross-functional moving parts across multiple teams and geographies.
- Partner with technical and business teams including migration, identity, tooling, end-user device, and broader internal stakeholders to keep the programme moving.
- Act as a credible bridge between teams: Translate questions, risks, and trade-offs across internal functions and external partners without simply passing information through.
- Drive change management and adoption: Help stakeholders follow the transition journey, surface concerns early, and build buy-in across the organisation.
- Manage senior stakeholder communication: Provide clear, tailored updates to executives, senior sponsors, and other key stakeholders in a way that fits the audience.
- Contribute to discovery and programme shaping: Take part in workshops, planning discussions, and the overall structure of the transformation as it evolves.
- Coordinate across international markets: Work with teams across different regions, functions, and operating contexts to align priorities and execution.

What you'll need
- Professional programme or project management experience: Enough experience to independently lead a significant transformation initiative and manage multiple stakeholder groups with confidence.
- Enterprise transformation background: Experience supporting large, cross-functional programmes with meaningful organisational impact.
- Microsoft to Google Workspace migration experience: Ideally, direct experience with a Microsoft to Google Workspace transition or a similar end-user tooling migration, with experience working alongside third-party migration partners or vendors, or at least solid familiarity with GCP.
- Executive communication capability: Able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, including leadership-level audiences, and communicate clearly without over-relying on status trackers.
- Strong coordination and delivery skills: Comfortable managing dependencies, risks, workshops, decisions, and follow-through across several workstreams.
- European location preference: Preference for candidates based in the UK, ideally London, though this role can also be based remotely elsewhere in Europe.
- Flexible hybrid working style: No fixed office requirement, but willingness to come in for workshops or key in-person collaboration when needed.
- Comfort working across regions and time zones: Able to support teams across multiple markets and adapt to an international stakeholder environment.
- Ability to start within programme timelines: Availability to join in line with programme needs is important for success in this role.
