Senior Power Platform Developer


Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract: Initial 6 Months

Start Date: July 2026

Rate: Day Rate DOE

IR35 Status: Outside IR35


The Opportunity

We are seeking multiple Senior Power Platform Developers to join a major digital transformation programme focused on replacing legacy applications with modern Microsoft Power Platform solutions.


This is an opportunity to work on greenfield and re-platforming initiatives that will support thousands of end users, delivering modern digital experiences and streamlined operational processes.


You will join established Agile teams and play a key role in designing, building and deploying enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.


What You'll Be Working On


Projects include:

  • Re-platforming legacy applications into Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Building user-facing portals through Power Pages.
  • Developing complex workflows and approval processes within Dynamics 365.
  • Creating scalable, secure and maintainable business applications.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with third-party systems and services.
  • Supporting end users through testing, deployment and hypercare.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Build Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps and Power Pages applications.
  • Develop workflow automation using Power Automate.
  • Create custom plugins and business logic using C#.
  • Develop front-end functionality using JavaScript and HTML.
  • Design and implement role-based security models.
  • Integrate with third-party services through APIs.
  • Produce functional specifications and technical design documentation.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting and bug resolution.
  • Mentor junior developers through collaboration and pair programming.
  • Provide post-deployment support and hypercare.

We're looking for hands-on developers who enjoy building solutions rather than simply configuring them.


You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions, contributing to architecture discussions and delivering high-quality code throughout the software development lifecycle.


Experience working within Agile environments and delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions is essential.
