About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our client's team on a flexible, UK-wide basis outside IR35. This role offers the opportunity to work on a major digital transformation programme within the regulatory sector, contributing to the development and enhancement of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom functionalities, optimizing existing code, and supporting integrations to ensure seamless operation and delivery of new features.
This position is suited for a proactive and experienced developer capable of working independently, with immediate availability preferred. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer within complex and dynamic environments
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to existing projects, delivering high-quality work from day one
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Immediate availability to start the role
- Develop and enhance custom functionalities across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Build, test, and deploy Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to meet project requirements
- Support the delivery of new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements to ensure optimal platform performance
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and technical teams to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals
- Assist in stabilizing and extending ongoing projects, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure best practices are followed
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and new features to leverage for project enhancements
