I'm working with a consultancy delivering multiple AI engineering engagements for enterprise clients looking to accelerate software delivery through AI-native engineering practices.

We're looking for experienced engineers who have worked hands-on with Claude Code and can help engineering teams adopt AI-assisted development at scale.

🔑 The Role

👉 Roll out Claude Code across engineering organisations and delivery teams

👉 Build custom agents and AI-powered workflows to improve software delivery

👉 Embed alongside engineering teams to drive adoption and best practice

👉 Accelerate technical design, code review, testing and SDLC processes

🎯 Requirements

👉 Strong Software Engineering background

👉 Excellent Python experience

👉 Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Anthropic, Bedrock or similar AI tooling

👉 Experience building agentic workflows, developer tooling or AI-powered engineering solutions

👉 Comfortable working directly with engineering teams and stakeholder
