Cloud Security Engineer - DevSecOps - Azure - Contract - 5 months - Outside IR35 - £600-650 per day

A Cloud Security Engineer is required to support a global business in ensuring their cloud environments are secure and robust. You will be working across their technology landscape including their applications teams, offering technical expertise and remediation work for their Azure environments.

Working closely with the Cloud Architects and with the wider Security teams to monitor, evaluate and test for threats and vulnerabilities whilst also implementing IAM controls aligned to security best practices.

This role not only supports their applications function but also has a wider remit in their overarching cloud security and the development of new security solutions in line with ISO27001 and EU CRA.

Technical knowledge needs to span:

• Azure Security Management
• Software Security best practice
• Agile ways of working
• Azure DevOps
• Experience with SAST and DAST such as Burp Suite, Klockwork or similar
• Security Architecture

This role will be remote working in the main with occasional travel, either in the UK or the EU. You must be based in the UK to fulfil this contract.
