Senior Programme Manager - Agile Implementation at Saragossa, London Area, £1200 per day

One of Europe's largest private equity-backed businesses is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer.

This is a strategic transformation role focused on implementing a new domain-led operating model across the organisation. The business is moving towards agile, cross-functional teams aligned to key customer journeys, creating greater ownership, accountability and speed of delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead the rollout of a new operating model across business and technology teams.
• Drive adoption of agile ways of working and embed new delivery frameworks and governance.
• Manage executive stakeholders and build alignment across a complex organisation.
• Oversee programme risks, dependencies and organisational change activities.
• Ensure the transformation delivers measurable business outcomes.

What you should bring

• Proven experience leading large-scale operating model or agile transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working at executive level.
• Experience implementing product operating models, Agile at Scale, domain-led organisations or similar frameworks.
• A pragmatic approach to transformation, focused on outcomes rather than methodology.
• Experience within consumer-facing, digital, telecoms, media, travel or large-scale commercial organisations.
