RECENT INSURANCE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
We are seeking an experienced contract Project Manager WITH EXTENSIVE AND RECENT EXPERIENCE IN THE INSURANCE SECTOR to lead the delivery of business and technology change initiatives within a leading insurance organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Project Manager who can successfully bridge business and technology teams, driving complex projects from initiation through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, third-party vendors, and senior leadership.
- Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across all project phases.
- Ensure successful delivery of change initiatives while maintaining business continuity.
- Demonstrable experience delivering business and technology projects within the insurance sector.
- Recent insurance industry experience gained within the last 12 months is essential.
- Strong track record of managing complex change and transformation programmes.
- Experience working across both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, regulated environments.
- Relevant project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.).
