Information Governance/DPIA Specialist - NHS England (ACMS) at Fuel Recruitment, Remote, c£400 per day

Contract - Outside IR35 | Remote | £400-£500/day | Immediate start - 10 Days' Work to start with but the promise of additional opportunities if this contract goes well.

We're looking for an experienced Information Governance/DPIA Specialist to support a national NHS England engagement within a low-risk data collection programme.

This is a highly specialist contract where success depends on hands-on experience navigating NHS England's national data approval processes - not just general GDPR knowledge.

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Taking a national data collection through NHS England's ACMS process
• Use of the aggregate collections DPIA templates (eg Level 1/Level 2 assessments)
• Ability to clearly explain and navigate the DPIA approval Pathway within NHS England

Candidates without ACMS or national NHS England experience will not be considered
