This is an exceptional Senior M&A Business Analyst contract opportunity to join a leading tech company.

The M&A Business Analyst contract is Hybrid with 4 days a week on site in central London the other days working from home. Therefore, you must be based at a commutable distance.

The M&A Business Analyst role is Outside IR35.

As M&A Business Analyst you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders across new and existing companies, gathering requirements and creating documentation to support planning and transition of IT Infrastructure of newly acquired businesses onto the company's existing infrastructure. Previous M&A experience is essential as Senior M&A Business Analyst including impact analysis process, data dependencies during mergers and acquisitions. Strong experience with governance, RAID logs, Milestones, project plans etc is essential as Senior M&A Business Analyst. As Senior M&A Business Analyst experience capturing current processes including tech, data flow, user activities, risks, dependencies and pain points. The Senior M&A Business Analyst will run workshops, interviews etc as well as workflow and process mapping (essential) Strong experience with the usual M365 tool is essential as Senior M&A Business Analyst (Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Visio etc) and other tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
