Salesforce Test Analyst

Xpertise have an urgent opportunity for a Salesforce Test Analyst on a large-scale digital transformation programme.

Candidates will have the following essential skills and experience:

• Strong experience as a Functional Test Analyst in Salesforce environments
• Proven experience testing:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • (Desirable) Experience Cloud/Marketing Cloud
• Solid understanding of:
  • Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules
  • Standard vs custom functionality
• Experience with test management tools (eg, JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Strong defect management and reporting skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with integration testing (eg, APIs, Middleware)
• Exposure to automation tools (eg, Selenium, Provar, Copado)
