Salesforce Programme Manager leading the final stages of a major Salesforce implementation, with a strong emphasis on programme governance, risk control, and PMO alignment. The role ensures delivery stability, tight control of RAID and reporting, and full business readiness for transition into BAU.
Core Focus
- Governance leadership - Own programme controls, standards, reporting cadence, and assurance.
- Risk & issue control - Drive RAID discipline, anticipate blockers, and enforce mitigation.
- Salesforce delivery oversight - Manage late stage Salesforce rollout, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes.
- PMO partnership - Work closely with PMO on plans, dependencies, governance packs, and reporting.
- Stakeholder alignment - Engage sponsors, business owners, technical leads, and suppliers.
- Business readiness - Ensure adoption, comms, training, and BAU transition are fully prepared.
- Financial control - Oversee budget, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.

Required Experience
- Leadership of large scale IT change programmes
- Strong governance, RAID control, and executive reporting
- Salesforce implementation experience (preferably late stage stabilisation)
- PMO heavy environments with multi supplier delivery
- Strong understanding of technology change and business transformation
