Business Change Lead - IAM/IGA & ITAM Programme

Contract - Outside IR35 £500-£620 p/d

Hybrid - London 2/3 days a week

We're hiring an experienced Business Change Lead to drive change across two global programmes (IAM/IGA rollout and ITAM transformation), ensuring strong business readiness, engagement, and adoption across a multi-region organisation.

Requirements & Experience:

• Proven experience leading change on large-scale technology programmes
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong expertise in change frameworks (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR)
• Experience delivering:
• Change impact assessments
• Stakeholder engagement & communications plans
• Business readiness and training activities
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised, able to manage complex, fast-paced environments

Desirable:

• Experience with IAM, IGA, cybersecurity, or ITAM
• Background in global / multi-region programmes
• Change certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
