Data Lead – Migration | Leeds | Contract (Outside IR35)

We’re supporting on a key hire within a major Workday transformation programme.

They are looking for a highly technical Data Lead to drive data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and remediation activities across Workday and connected systems.

Key experience:

• Enterprise data migration / transformation programmes
• Strong hands-on capability with Python, VBA, and advanced Excel
• Data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and governance
• Managing data quality issues across complex environments
• Stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Nice to have:

• Workday / HRIS migration experience
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes
