Delivery Manager - Software Engineering, Retail Banking, Payments

Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Delivery Manager - Software Engineering, Retail Banking

Candidates will have the following key skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager leading software engineering teams
• Strong background in delivering complex technology programmes within retail banking or financial services
• Proven experience with payments including BACS, SWIFT, SEPA etc.
• A good knowledge of ThoughtMachine and/or ClearBank
• Experience as a Product Owener
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Agile frameworks (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience working with engineering teams across Back End, Front End, and cloud-based architectures
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, microservices)

Role is outside IR35 - hybrid London - 2 days/week
