We're working with a leading UK charity undergoing a major digital transformation and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong Service Cloud and NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) experience to support and optimise their Salesforce ecosystem.

Following a recent Salesforce outage, the organisation has accumulated a significant backlog of tickets and support requests. They require an experienced Salesforce Administrator who can start immediately, quickly get up to speed, and help clear the backlog while supporting ongoing platform improvements. This is not a role suitable for a junior administrator.

The Role

You'll act as the go-to Salesforce Administrator, working closely with stakeholders across the business to resolve a high volume of backlog tickets, support users, and enhance platform performance. You'll play a key role in stabilising and optimising the Salesforce environment while supporting ongoing product development and business-critical processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including users, profiles, permissions, dashboards, reports, objects and flows
  • Work through a large backlog of Salesforce support tickets and user requests following a recent system outage
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and management reporting
  • Manage enquiries and case assignment rules within Service Cloud
  • Support deployments and configuration changes using Change Sets
  • Administer and support FormAssembly integrations and forms
  • Support release cycles, system audits, and backlog prioritisation
  • Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement across the Salesforce platform
  • Manage tickets and user queries via Jira Service Desk
  • Support users with training and Salesforce best practices (including Trailhead and Trailmixes)

Experience Required

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (essential)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack)
  • Proven experience working with FormAssembly
  • Experience deploying changes using Change Sets
  • Strong reporting and dashboard development experience
  • Experience configuring and managing case assignment rules and enquiry management processes
  • Experience working in a fast-paced support environment with high ticket volumes
  • Experience with release management and Agile delivery environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running and start immediately

Desirable

  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud and/or Social Studio
  • Previous experience working within the charity or non-profit sector

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known UK charity at a critical point in their Salesforce journey, with the chance to make an immediate impact and potentially secure a longer-term opportunity.
