🚀 The Opportunity

My client, a global tech business are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams Voice Architect to lead a large-scale enterprise voice transformation programme, migrating legacy telephony platforms to Microsoft Teams Phone across a complex global environment.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Own the end-to-end Voice Architecture strategy for a global Microsoft Teams Phone deployment

🔹 Produce and govern High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)

🔹 Design enterprise Direct Routing solutions and AudioCodes SBC architecture

🔹 Design and implement Operator Connect and hybrid telephony solutions where appropriate

🔹 Lead voice migration planning, pilot deployments, and phased rollout activities

🔹 Define governance, routing policies, and operational standards within Teams Admin Centre

🔹 Design compliance recording capabilities and integrations for regulated environments

🔹 Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, security teams, and third-party vendors throughout the programme lifecycle

✅ What We're Looking For

✔️ Proven experience as a Voice Architect, Unified Communications Architect, or Collaboration Architect

✔️ Extensive experience delivering enterprise Microsoft Teams Phone migrations

✔️ Track record of successfully migrating from legacy PBX environments to cloud-based telephony platforms

✔️ Deep expertise in Direct Routing architecture and PSTN integration

✔️ Strong knowledge of AudioCodes SBC deployment, configuration, and optimisation

✔️ Experience designing highly available voice services across multiple locations

✔️ Hands-on experience delivering compliance recording and regulated voice solutions

✔️ Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels

✔️ Experience working within large, global organisations operating across multiple regions and time zones

✔️ Strong understanding of governance, change management, audit, and compliance requirements
