We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to support the evolution of Agile delivery practices across multiple teams.
This role is not just about facilitating ceremonies, we need someone who can help shape, define and embed how Agile delivery should operate across the business. You'll play a key role in establishing standards, frameworks, documentation and best practices while coaching teams towards greater maturity, accountability and delivery performance.
You'll combine hands-on Scrum leadership with broader Agile coaching responsibilities, acting as a servant leader who enables teams to become high-performing, self-organising and outcomes-focused.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Delivery & Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies across two delivery teams, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-Ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Ensure ceremonies are structured, outcome-focused and continuously improving
- Support teams in maintaining realistic and achievable sprint goals
- Promote strong adoption of Scrum principles and Agile best practice
- Improve backlog refinement quality through clearer, smaller and testable user stories
- Help reduce delivery bottlenecks, work in progress and cycle times
- Drive improvements in prioritisation, delivery quality and reduction of rework
- Maintain transparency around delivery progress, risks and dependencies
Agile Coaching & Practice Development
- Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile frameworks, mindset and ways of working
- Define and document Agile standards, templates, processes and delivery practices
- Help build and evolve an Agile roadmap for the wider organisation
- Track retrospective actions and ensure measurable improvements are delivered
- Establish and monitor Agile delivery metrics including:
- Velocity
- Cycle Time
- Throughput
- Promote consistency and maturity of Agile practices across teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach within fast-paced delivery environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery principles
- Experience implementing or standardising Agile practices across teams or organisations
- Ability to influence stakeholders and coach teams at varying levels of Agile maturity
- Strong facilitation, communication and organisational skills
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
